California-week 3 and 4

During our last few weeks in Cali we actually went to Utah for a family reunion. This side of the family is from Samoa and the reunion was so fun! We went to temple square, played games, went through work shops where we learned about the culture, had a huge luau, and ended the weekend with a sunrise breakfast/testimony meeting. It was so interesting to learn about this side of the family and to hear all of the siblings who came over from Samoa tell their story. I feel so blessed to be apart of this family.

For the last few days we went to beach house in Oceanside. It's pretty sad when someone's second or third home is nicer than your first and only :) Just kidding I love our home, but seriously this house was way nice and only a block from the beach. And I forgot to take pictures because we were having sooo much fun! Grrr, I do that sometimes. Oh well, just trust me, it was fun. I went boogey boarding for the first time ever, it was fun except for the 2 times the waves totally railed me and I had no idea which way was the surface and it took my breath away. We had such a great time, hopefully we'll be able to go back again next year!

California- week 2

Our second week in California was a blast! We went to Disneyland with our whole family, and kids loved every minute of it! Then we went camping in Sequoia National Park.

We went on lots of gorgeous hikes!!

And we ate lots of smores and banana boats :)

We also went swimming at the Matsons, a good friend's of Preston and his family. I was in awe of their property resort! Holy Gorgeous! If I lived here I would never leave.
